Biometric and Medical done, do I still need to wait for VFS India to open

Hi All, I am applying for visa for my wife and daughter, I am currently in CA, their medical and biometric were done (Biometric was done last year). DO we still need to wait for VFS to open or we can proceed with our visa application

If biometric is done.....then go with visa processing...

The real question is why were you still waiting till now when both medicals and biometrics were done before? You only need to visit the vfs for passport submission which is not necessary as per last update. You can now courier your passport for stamping from Delhi vfs.

check this link and under Delhi, you will find that they accept passport through courier only if your already received the OPR and the specific courier instruction from them.
