Visa application submission amid second England lockdown

England is going into a second national lockdown, does anyone know if they would still consider me for the 2 step study permit processing? Because when I read on the Government website it said that this would only be functional till 15th September.

Please clarify someone.

2 stage is only valid for applicants who applied for a Canadian student visa before Sept. 15th 2020. It doesnt matter if ur home country is going into a lockdown or not.

There are no Canadian student.visas, you can only apply for study permits.

There is one way to say study permit as that is the name of the document you have to apply for. It is more than words and the words are very important as they define the documents and the procedures. Canada does not issue student visas.

If you are worried about submitted biometrics. VFS Global London is according to its website still operating, you can double check on IRCC's website which VACs are open and which services they provide. For the moment, the England confinement should not be of relevance. Using google is easy and quite useful, google "ircc vac" or similar.
