Good news. Against some odds (Abu Dhabi visa office)...my application has been approved. Just received the OPR. Thanks to everybody in this forum. The information I've been getting from here has helped me in managing my stress levels big time. I will hang around for some time to offer as much constructive input as I can. I did this on my own, no consultant. It's pretty straight forward and anybody with the right kind of profile can do it.

I havent recieved mine. Got an OPR direct. Don't know what that means

No previous refusal,and it's my first time giving biometrics.

Does OPR mean you need to submit your passport?

Yes. OPR = Original Passport Request.

I gave my biometric before and had a precious refusal... Still got a BVL though.

I meant previous of course..... It wasn't precious at all lol.
