I have received the PPR, question is can I send someone else to submit my passport to vfs

Yes you can. I did the same thing. You just have to fill out the VFS Consent form with your Representative's information and submit that along your PPR letter. Congratulations !

Congrats...I heard another uvic student got PPR letter today. Maybe there are grouping students from each DLI and processing...
