mine went by the normal procedure . APP Rec- In Process- DM. didn't see anyone getting direct DM from APP Rec.

Nope. I think once all the ones till October and November are caught up they will start on ours.

Hey everyone, I had a doubt and would appreciate it if anyone could help me out. Do the dm and ppr come from the same VO? I am an Indian citizen and my file is at NDVO, but i am a resident of Kuwait, i don't live in India. So if and when i do receive my ppr will it be from NDVO itself? If so, where do i submit my passport since i cant travel to India. Is anyone in a similar situation?

Yes, I went through same situation and I also know few others. I was residing in Australia.. received PPR from NDVO and submitted passport at Melbourne VFS for stamping. You dont need to travel to India, can submit passport at closest VFS ... no issues about it. Any Canadian Consulate can stamp it. Infact before covid, NDVO took 3-4 weeks time to return passports and I got it back in 5 days from Melbourne.

Hi congratulations to all who got update.
I am Oct. 2019 applicant. File transfer to NDVO dec 2019. Ghost update in Ecas from application received to in process on 24th oct. 2020. No pre arrival or DM as of now.
I hope we will see some positive update soon.
