Yeah just for reference it took almost 6 months to decide on biometric exemption for previously enrolled ones.
God knows how long will it take to clear this mess.

Yeah they were waiting for instructions from heaven to confirm that biometrics have not changed since these were taken last time, so you can consider exempting those who have submitted already.

My OPW is expired mid Feb 2021 but PR status is pending final decision (all stages are passed). Should I apply for BOWP now or wait a bit more for the PR approval? My file is in Ottawa and bio (exempted) since Oct 9. Thank you!

I think you should wait until early December, most probably u will get the COPR in meantime.
Admin delay is experienced the most in Ottawa VO, but I think we will get clear picture in upcoming week as I am expecting movements.
Let’s hope for the best.
Good luck.

Such a painful journey. Mine AOR March, everything passed but no more progress for COPR. I think some cases were forgotten by IRCC!

Mine was similar case. AOR Jan 28 2020. Case Approved on 9th Sep 2020. COPR received after 2 months, i.e., on 12 Nov 2020.

Here is what I did - not sure if that played a role or not? - I raised web form indicating My GCMS notes has CN COVID PACE in it. And I am in Canada already- attached my driving lisc. I got COPR after 1 week.

Congratulations!
Can you please help on below questions:
1. Which section in your gcms notes you saw CN COVID PACE ?
2. What did you exactly write in your webform?
3. Did you attach the screenshot of the gcms section in the webform?

As a tactical measure, I just applied for another gcms notes and I saw there were some ghost updates. However no PPR yet.

thanks in advance.

Mine has this CN COVID PACE too..Per GCMS, application approved and COPR created on Oct 23. No movement in my profile. Might as well raise this webform.
