I have a valid open work permit, due to COVID 19 Travel restrictions I had applied for an e Travel Authorisation letter on 13th July and received the acknowledgment email from IRCC on the same day. Can anyone please suggest what is the ongoing processing time for eTA requests.

Assuming you mean the ETA required by visa exempt passport holders then you can follow guidance in the processing time link to send a webform

I applied for Travel Authorization letter not eTA
Actually I meant eTA. I have a valid open work permit received in Feb but couldn't travel before travel restrictions were imposed. So have applied for eTA
Think you are getting confused. ETAs are required for visa exempt travellers and have nothing to do with covid.
eTAs are generally approved almost instantly.
Do you hold a US green card or are you from a visa exempt country?
I am from India and the eTA that I mentioned is related to Covid 19 travel restriction for foreign temporary workers. Can anyone please suggest .
