Which Province and what time did u get an email bro?

Province is BC. I got my copr in my gckey. Its a letter that contains instructions to send 2 photos for the PR card to my local visa office.

I still don't understand why cic delaying applications of PA with dependants not only outside but inside dependants too. I have 3 dependants inside Canada and till now I still haven't get any update about my application after medical passed in December 2019. Application submitted in May. It's so depressing
