Employer is refusing to give job experience letter

Hi, My employer is refusing me to give job experience letter with because I am not willing to work anymore. I have job contract with roles and responsibilities. Is it enough to prove job experience?

It is not enough. Why did you put yourself in such a predicament? You should have gotten all your necessary documents before letting them know you are not willing to work. Did you quit already?

As an alternative, you need to get a superior or colleague to write a letter confirming your work experience and responsibilities in addition to the work contract. And you must explain everything in your letter of explanation.

Did your employer refused by writing? If so, include as attachments in the letter of explanation.
