Hi Everyone, I gave my biometrics yesterday and they are updated on portal. How long it takes from here for final decision. My application already submitted since 2 week of September

How much under normal circumstances? My University is on the list for travel excemptions. I am from Russia
It's depends on the visa office you deal with. You may send a webform to ask for the update at this point but I suggest you to wait a few days to let the criminality part completed.
After you gave your biometrics, the system carry out a criminality/security investigation and this takes generally 2 to 3 days.
Hi what happened with your case?,I had my biometrics done at a VAC center on October 26 but until today on the CIC website it's still showing "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details".
Checked in a link shared in one of the forums and Biometrics were already received by IRCC.
What should i do?

Hi. Our biometrics were updated on portal in few hours only. Did you receive any email from VFS?
