Can I take driving lessons to get my G2 Ontario driving license faster if I hold a work permit that says that I can't attend any academic or professional educational school in Canada when I hold a work permit?

What do you mean get license faster? Do you have a driver’s license or G1? You can take driver’s lessons.

Driving lessons aren't "academic or professional education". It's more akin to skills - you can, for example, take piano lessons without a problem, but you can't enroll in college to learn music in the academic sense.
