Time frame For Passport Request after Biometrics

Hello,

Recently I gave my biometrics in Dubai office. How soon I will get the Passport submission request. I gave on Oct 19 2020. And once I gave the passport how soon I will get it back Visa Stamped.

All VFS office in India are close I got Biometric request from IRCC, where should I go ? Any suggestion or advice will be highly appreciated. I applied for Visitor visa.
