Does spouse require to provide reference letter?

Is it only primary applicant that provides ref letter or accompanying spouse has to provide too ?

As guided by many other experts , if you not claiming points no need for reference letter. In my case though me and my spouse has joined the company at same time , we both have same total number of work experience so I have provided reference letter for her as well as per CIC requirement

But how to get point for spouse work as it doesnt give point in the EE if a foreign work not canadian

You do not get any points for the spouses (secondary applicant) foreign work experience. So you do not have to declare it and you can show it in personal history.
