Applied for Express entry from Quebec

I applied for express entry under canadian experience class from Quebec, with a general letter stating i will move to Ontario.

I saw few posts here that got reject from quebec.

I have finally Moved to Ontario.
Should I contact IRCC that i moved to Ontario to change my address, and do i need to show any proof?

I dont want to face a rejection letter after 5 months stating you applied in Quebec.

Please advise

What proof i have a sublease with owners signature is that good enough? Its a basoc lease , i will be living with a family
