Hello,
Do I need to submit our marriage certificate to prove my marriage if I want to bring my wife with me while on student visa? Anyone who brought their wife with them on student visa, could you please explain how did you apply and what documentation was submitted?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes you can bring your wife with you. You have to apply for Study permit and your wife will apply for TRV/OWP in the same application.
Yes, you have to submit your marriage certificate. If it is not in english, it should be translated and notarized. If you are newly married, you can upload some pictures of the marriage ceremony.

Please tell me if you have little time for help. my sis is going to apply for January 2021 In non sds . Can she bring her spouse with her. At the same time can she apply both application in one gc key . Please share documents checklist . she married in 2018.

Yes she can bring her spouse and apply for OWP for her husband with her study permit application in a single gckey.
Document required for her spouse: Marriage certificate, financial documents/ability proof, educational certificate, employment history/proof, IMM form(could be found during application and need to be filled), PCC, Purpose of travel(Why spouse want to travel with the student), Forwarding letter form your sister(why she want to bring her spouse with her)
