I applied on August 8th. Estimated processing time for my country was 4-7 weeks during the period of my application. If I will count my first letter of approval, it is 3 weeks. However, I received PPR only yesterday, so it’s been 11 weeks (I expect to receive my stamped passport next week + POE letter)

Estimated is 22 weeks. It has gone up from 17 weeks. I have been waiting since early June. I do not think the processing time is accurate at all.

It is strange that you did not get an AIP. Also, that it took 13 days after BVL to get your final decision.

Because IRCC is no longer issuing AIPs for programs starting in 2021. They held a webinar yesterday in whcih they said - If you have complete application and your DLI is on the list you'll receive either a full approval or a refusal depending on your case.

I know... I guess I’m the only one with such weird case. But I have an idea about BVL and decision. Most likely, this is because LOA date. I am a third year transfer, yet because of college letter showed finances for 3 years AND my dumb college wrote in acceptance year that my program will last 4 years. I had my credits recalculated and that made my program 2 years. Thus I send them new LOA around August 20th through webform and got a decision on 28th, when they replied to my webform

Emmm, I received my decision in August not October. My program was Fall 2020 intake. I will upload my confusing letter here soon, but get ready, you’ve never seen anything like this before :D

I have a similar case. I am a 2nd year transfer student. I am going for Acadia University Bachelor of Applied Science (Engineering 3 years program), but I have got transfer credits for the first and half years. They did not change my LOA. Also, after finishing with Acadia, I am supposed to be automatically transferred to Dalhousie University to complete my Mechanical Engineering Degree, and this is not mentioned in the LOA but it is mentioned on Acadia University website. I feel like it is a complicated situation, and I am afraid it will cause further delays.

Edit: I just checked my letter again, it says:
Year of Study: First year of a 3 year program.
Duration of Program: 3 year(s) (may be reduced if transfer credits are awarded)
I guess I have to talk with the uni so that they clarify some stuff.
