Received GCMS Notes..confused

Info Sharing: In Progress
Final:
Counterfoil Req: No

Looking at Information Sharing, all the information was ready for review July 9th

I am confused about why did the VO not review Info Sharing?

Also Notes, just mentions-" This is a Batch note to indicate that a Stage 1 Preliminary Eligibility Assessment Letter has been sent to the client. This will allow the client to begin studies online while their SP application awaits further review by an officer."

Any thoughts?

May be a second officer has to review your file and then the eligibility would be changed to pass and info sharing complete.
This is just my guess, even am not sure.
My GCMS notes say
Assessment:
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed-Bio
Org Crime:

Misrep:
Other Req:
Info Sharing: Complete
Final:
Counterfoil Req: yes

In VO notes, it says A positive stage 1 assessment made.
Also, in my info sharing section there are so many outgoing and incoming threads and it says complete in each one of them, may be yours is not yet complete.

Just my thoughts based on my GCMS notes.

not for me. For me it is an inquiry fwded to VESPA team. VESPA is Visa Exempt Study Permit Abroad , IRCC team

I applied on July 29th, non-sds, online application from Saudi Arabia.
Got my AIP on 6th September.
GCMS generated on September 24th

I don't see anything in the notes section but yes there is Original Passport request which is not started in OUTGOING MESSAGES section.
Passport Request is Outgoing 2 which says NOT STARTED, and AIP letter is Outgoing 1 which says SENT

thanks. Is the VO details under "APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT"? For me it is blank.. so confused. How can they do an AIP and I don't have a VO assigned.
