I sent my webform in 10.19 which the same day I received medical request. I was try to call them but it doesn't work.

So you submit your webform after one month from your medical? Why you took so long my friend.. you can call them early morning..
Actually I already sent a webformb to them at the day when I finished my medical exam. But after one month，I still received medical exam request，so I sent to them again.
Oh i see . You supposed to get reply in 10 days like everyone else.. now its better to talk to them in the morning.. i hope you will find the answer.. and your doctor took so long to submit it. Mostly after submitting from your doctor it passed after one month on gc key..talk to them in the morning.. goodluck.. and please keep updating..
No need to panic. You can just upload the webform with the paper you got from the dr. Ensure you write your uci # at the top
I've send another webform today mentioning we did our medicals
Also called an agent and he said to do what I already did
I just talk to the agent，she said I just need to wait. After 3 weeks，my medical result gonna be updated. The reason I still got the medical exam is because they didn't upload my medical result into the system yet.

How did you reach the agent? I can't...everytime I enter the appliacation # and a birth year they are unable to transfer my call...I always reached them before...is there any key?
