Does anyone know if their DLI will be on the list?

So I had a question. The website still states :
  • an international student with a valid study permit or who was approved for a study permit on or before March 18, 2020

Does this mean the travel exemptions shall only be for those who have an approved study permit before the date given? Or will they change the criteria as well once the list is provided?
They said anyone can travel no matter when you get your study permit

Hey guys, so I saw that some of you were talking about the "have, or have been approved for, a study permit" part of the announcement but I have yet to receive my CAQ and therefore have yet to have been approved for my study permit, do we think that means I won't be allowed entry or are they letting new visa applicants in too?

Hello everyone. I have applied for the matrix college (Quebec) and it's not in the list. Does this mean that college lost its DLI?
Do I have to wait or apply for different college? Please help me out.

They posted the list literally on the 21st. They managed to screw up the entire list of the 1 province in 1 language. Who knows what to believe? Maybe the English list is correct? Maybe the French version is glitched.

All other lists have one column called as "Date added" . Not quebec. Check it out. The french version also does not have "Date added".

I just got confirmation from HEC M and it goes “Hi!

Got clarification this morning. Yes, HEC is a designated and approved institution. It will be publishing its guidelines for international students ASAP, hopefully today.

And yes, postsecondary level is correct, and pgwp = ptpd

This has been a confusing week all around and I am sorry the IRCC hasn't been very clear ”
So maybe the french version is the correct version. They must have updated that one first cause Quebec is majorly a francophone province? Just guessing.

Well thanks pal for being the ray of hope in times like these. McGill has been eerily quiet. Atleast some universities care about their students.
