All those lucky PNP applicants getting their PPRs, will they be allowed to travel immediately ?
Not unless they relax the march 18th rule :(

Hi All,

Ordered my GCMS notes last month. I am an Outland Applicant from India. AOR - 23rd Jan 2020.
Below are some highlights from the notes I am not sure about:

Notes: 1
Office: CPC Ottawa
Text: PreVU verified for passport received by CPC-O (Applicant Information). Application sent for COPR printing.
Date: 2020/02/26

Other notes talk about eligibility: met, funds: met, medical: met, biometrics: met, police clearance: received

Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started

Any help on this would be useful.
Same situation minus the COPR detail in notes 1, just pre-VU verified. I have Eligibility met, and criminality and security not started. from page 2, even though program assistant notes mention criminality passed in Notes 5. I have scanned everything and could not confirm anything that might indicate why criminality is still not started. Latest webform was received yesterday, all with same status as was in past 3 months.

Hello there, what exactly is this March 18th rule? Please help and elaborate.

Regards.
Only those issued with COPR before March 18th are allowed to travel over to take up residency. There may be a couple of exceptions, such as if you were sponsored by family.

I can see them relaxing this rule very shortly.

@legalfalcon
Hi, please I just received my GCMS notes, how do I make sense of it, 131pages. Which sections usually have the important information.

Also what does this mean

Info sharing : system error

Thank you

had the same thing, no idea. When did you order GCMS?

The three simple steps to read your GCMS notes:

1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.

2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6

3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.

Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.

Check your note if it is by an officer or an assistant to an analyst. You can compare it with my previous post at #2,521

If your eligibility has an officer's note, then it is passed.
