Just for a wedding then answer would probably be no but maybe through the recently announced extended family travel exception process if the conditions are met.

Thanks a mil for this @Bs65. I believe we meet all the conditions. will just have to find out how to get in touch with IRCC to get the letter of approval to travel. We could have been married last summer if not for covid. Thank you and GB.
