Wrong info updated on application status

I havent submitted my medicals and was waiting for medical exam request from IRCC, suddenly application status shows "we are reviewing your medical exam reports".
Please let me know if anything i should do anything for this.

Relax. You'll soon get a medical request. Same thing happened to me just a day before my medical request came.

Same happened to me in Sept 9th. And got Medical request Sept 10th. So be fine. Go and book for medical exams.
