YOU MUST HAVE RECEIVED AOR. IT MEANS THEY OPEN YOUR APPLICATION AND STARTED WORKING ON IT.I received my biometric letter reminder. I’m assuming they opened And checked my application if it’s complete, isn’t it?
Before all the outland people get excited, Kial is an inland applicant from September, not an outland.I received my biometric letter reminder. I’m assuming they opened And checked my application if it’s complete isn’t it?
Thanks for your clarification. I got little goosebumps though! Before all the outland people get excited, Kial is an inland applicant from September, not an outland.
Unfortunately the biometric email doesn't seem to mean that it's checked yet for inland applications. Official AOR comes later- but, they seem to have started a new process for inland where you are getting biometric reminder and temporary file number right away. I imagine this probably saves them some call volume, but, it's not the real AOR yet.
Oh, I know, I did too. I was just excited that they might have started the whole temporary receipt process for outland that they started for inland. Months of inland applications got temporary AOR's over a couple week period back towards the end of September. I was just hopeful they were rolling that out for outland as well. Thanks for your clarification. I got little goosebumps though!
You might just want to call CIC, tell them you can submit it with a webform. That should suffice.I have missed filling the column relationship in IMM5406 under "Section C" (i.e Brother/Sister) for both English & Native application, but I have added the details of the person expect the relationship. Do they return the file? Any idea?
Yes I have submitted the form with names in local language. Also, I have mentioned the DOB wrongly in the cover letter but in forms, I have mentioned it correctly. Will this impact my submission ??You might just want to call CIC, tell them you can submit it with a webform. That should suffice.
Question though - have you filled it in native language? I have not written names in local language.
No idea, but I did the same. I sent the corrected page by courier (referencing applicant/sponsor names, applicant DOB, and date original application was received). I also included a cover letter stating that I would upload the corrected doc once I get my application number.I have missed filling the column relationship in IMM5406 under "Section C" (i.e Brother/Sister) for both English & Native application, but I have added the details of the person expect the relationship. Worth a shot, they might have scanned your file inHi so I read in some posts that you can check the online status of your application on ecas? I tried doing it and adding the reciept number but nothing works. Am I doing something wrong? I just kind of what to know how I would be able to check where my application is. I mailed my application and it got recieved on sept 28 should we call and ask for a temporary file number or is it to early?
If you call let this group know either way if you receive a temp number or not. I know we have a long wait but it would be great to have the number as confirmation they have it (beyond the FedEx receipt confirmation).Hi so I read in some posts that you can check the online status of your application on ecas?
