Does anyone know where to submit passport for visa stamp of the VFS in your country is not open? She’s in Nigeria and the VFS offices are not accepting passports. Is there anywhere else we can submit to. Passport request letter says she has 30days to submit it.

There is an extension if VFS is closed. You would need permission to send it to another country.
