I saw a ghost update today with no changes in my profile. A day earlier I received mep and bil.

Same here, no actual updates on the second day but received updates from the day before.

i was able to sign in an hour ago, it showed submitted, then when i tried to log in again i couldn't, it keeps directing me the main page, i was only able to login successfully once & it showed profile updated but i couldn't access & now it keeps directing me again to the main page.

Yeah, sadly it does not seem to be a real ghost update. I guess it's the same glitch that happened on Friday to some people. But now it seems like it has happened to everyone.

Criminality & Security - not started
File has been transferred to Accra Visa Office.
