YES ask your consultant for the GcKey login username and password and login questions. They are supposed to give you the details of YOUR application

No updates after biometrics request, which I couldn't provide due to closure of VACs in India. have you been able to provide your biometrics?

very dangerous. why they not give you GC key? you are taking a big risk
