Did you get the CoPR documents yet? Or just the final status with the CoPR number in the grid on CIC?
Just the grid with the COPR document number... have enquired from the applicant who got it over email, as to what exactly he got

This is the R10 completeness check. Just to confirm that all documents are complete then it’ll be sent for eligibility review. What does your note 1 say?

@caipsnotes @legalfalcon I received my gcms notes and on page 2 all parameters are passed. There is no officer's comment on eligibility. The eligibility was passed by the CPA. Can I say it is conclusively passed? Below is note from the officer for your comment;

**Officer Review- RROC processing** Admissibility -- search complete: No concerns. Address and travel history reviewed. No apparent concern. Crim: Nigeria PC(s). Reviewed. NRT.Bio passed. Infoshare: Reviewed. No concerns. Upon review of all available information, I am satisfied there are no crim concerns. Crim passed. Meds valid to 2021/02/19 - Next steps/recommendation -- Ready for FINAL DECISION upon resumption of service.

Please what is your take on this?

Has anyone received a Biometric refund? For Work permit or for PR where CIC has used previous Biometric record/exempted.

Please what is your take on this?

The note you have posted is the officer's note and was done at Rapid Response Operations Centre. Based on the note, all admissibility checks (Admissibility -- search complete: No concerns) have been passed and the final decision will be made after the services resume, which would indicate that you may have your application placed in COVID pace.

Below this note you will have a note by an case processing agent, which would have recommended a decision on eligibility.

Also, most application at different VOs are currently being evaluated at RROC due to COVID.

What is your status on security?

If it not started or blank. If it is blank you will see s15 on the top right corner.

If it is blank then it would be in progress or may have been even passed.

To read on s15 see https://bit.ly/3jWUZWS

To read on security and the CBSA security screening manual see https://bit.ly/2H1gQh8

Does recommended pass means there is a problem or it’s just a normal phrase till the officer reviews it

Not a problem per se, it just means that the officer (decision making authority) will review it and make a final determination.

All application for eligibility go through two stage process.

In step one an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation.

This is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination.

All files are assigned to officer's who have the carriage of your file. However, the workload is distributed and the assistant and analyst who work under the officers review the documents, enter elaborate notes and make recommendations, which makes it easier for the officer's to quickly review and come to a decision.

In most cases the officer will go ahead with the recommendation of the analyst / assistant, but in some rare cases, can also give a contrary decision. This is very usually very rare. This is why the eligibility is only passed after a final conclusion by the officer. If the officer makes different decision than the recommendation then the reasons for the same are entered, and in some case the officer may even have to consults with other officer's on the issue before make a final determination. This is very rare.

All the best!

Could you please explain me what they check during the final decision? All stages have been passed. What is next?

During the final review the officers make sure that your passports are not expired and are valid for more than 6 months, your medicals are valid and will be valid when you land, do the final checks to ensure that all stages are passed and approved, and then send the instructions to the concerned VO.
