About OINP Employer job offer international student stream

I have a few questions regarding my eligibility for this program, specifically about my employer.

I've been working at Dollarama full time since graduation and I'm about to be promoted to a supervisor position which I believe qualifies as a NOC B class job. But the minimal guaranteed amount of hours they can offer me, although they call it a full time position, is 25 hours/week as per corporate policy.

I will most likely be getting more than 30 hours/week regardless since my hours haven't gone below 30 in the past few months I worked as a full time sales associate. However, the OINP webpage states that my job offer has to be for a full time position with minimum 30 hours/week.

Does the fact that they cannot guarantee more than 25 hours/week disqualify me from applying? If so, is there any way around this problem besides finding a new employer?

It's a mandatory requirement that the job offer be for at least 30 hours a week. That needs to be in writing in your job offer letter. If they can only give you 25 hours per week in writing, this is classified as part time hours and unfortunately disqualifies you from applying. I see the following options: (1) convince your current employer to change the job offer to state 30 hours; (2) find a new employer who can meet the job offer requiremenets; (3) apply for PR through a different program.
