Hi everyone am new here I did apply for pra first December 2019 and H&C on January and it says processing in just a week after I applied. And two months a go it changed to decision made. So my question is one don’t I suppose to be contacted by now? My second question is my lawyer said the can’t put the decision online since I have pra and H&C they gonna call me to border office(the one at airport street since am in Toronto) is he telling me the truth?I fell like he is just trying to make me fell better cause am so stressed

Hi there,I don’t think your lawyer knows what he’s talking about.Perhaps you aren’t communicating properly.From what I understand from what you wrote,it seems you’re referring to H& C.I don’t think there’s a way to know PRRA decision online except CBSA contacts your lawyer.So basically, your H& C has been rejected unfortunately since you don’t have AIP before decision made
My lawyer is saying since I have two applications they can’t put the decision online they got to see me in person. The decision made is for H&C. What kind of document they requested on 9 January usually h&c take from 12 to 24 months the longer it takes the better out come
What happened with your PRRA did you got any answers cbsa office is closed furthER notice Because of COVID 19
What is your H& C based on? The fact that they expedited your application is very concerning.You May want to change that lawyer of yours
