Will students applying for study visa post 15th September get an AIP or full visa??What about biometrics?India has it's VAC's closed for a while now. When will IRCC have a webinar to explain the changes to visa process for Winter 2021 intake?

Many students in Bangladesh received AIP after applying September 15. Those AIPs are genuine and all of them received it in GC key.

Actually, VFS are off. Truth be told. If they open VFS on November 1. They will have only 45 days to give final decision+PPR+Stamping for both September and January intake students as there will be a long holiday in December.

It seems this is not gonna be possible. So they will prioritize the Fall applicants and Stamp their Visa first. Then they will start stamping the January intake students password and this might take January or even February. But students might get their final decision from the last week of November and the first week of December. But all depend on VFS reopening.

So, hope VFS resume their operations from November 1.

technically none of the January intake for 2021 students should get AIP until they applied with September intake LOA.. its nothing to do with the date actually
check the link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/students.html

If you’re outside of Canada and you apply for a study permit, we’ll process your application in 2 stages. We’ll process complete applications first.

This 2-stage process only applies to study permit applications
