OINP Processing fee

Hi All,
As per OINP site, the application fees under human capital priorities stream is $1500. Is this per person or per family? In my case, We are a family of 4- Me, my wife and our 2 children. If we get a OINP, how much do we pay for processing our nomination application? As far as I understand the fees include all family member. Kindly let me know if I am wrong.
