DespiteI have a job offer letter, I didnt get the marks of it in the Express Entery .Can any one knows why??? It is open work permit with LMIA Exemption

Your points calculation is correct.
You weren't awarded the 50 points because you're on an open work permit. You need an approved LMIA to get the 50 points if on an open work permit.
You can only qualify for the 50 points on an LMIA exempt work permit if it is a closed work permit with your employer named (e.g. ICT) and once you've worked for that employer for a full year in Canada.

Thanks for your reply. I am on a closed work permit (LMIA Exempt), I was on it for 2 years and recently I have just changed the employer and received a new job offer with another work permit for other 2 years (LMIA Exempt) that should start to be effective when I get the PR. Can I still get the points of offer letter????
No. Since you have changed employers, you will need to work for your new employer for a full year before you can qualify for the 50 job offer points.
Your first post indicated that you are on an open work permit. I assume you are now sure that you are on a closed work permit?
