Unfortunately you most likely are. It is generally next to impossible to find a job as a foreign worker in Canada regardless of your age. If you wish to move to Canada to work, it's recommended that you focus on qualifying to immigration through a program like Express Entry and forget about trying to secure a job offer. Good luck.
