Question on travel documents?? Appreciate help!!

Hello all,
1. What should i fill details for this question? Is it just passport details or even visa stamping pages as well? By the way I got 2 passports, expired and current one. Should I give both passport details.?

Have you held travel documents and/or passports during your five (5) year eligibility period?

2. Should we make photo copies of all passports both front and back page along with VISA stampings or just front and back page of all passports? I got expired and current one.

Photocopies of all biographical pages of Passport / Travel Document

1. If your both passports fall during your last 5 years of eligibility period then you must send copies of your both passports which includes personal detail including photo and nothing else.

Not front and back pages. Just send copies of your biographical page i.e.( your personal detail/ picture) page only
