Hi guys,

I have recently received my ITA and now I am completing my profile. At some point they ask for your UCI number and, since I have a Canadian visitor visa, I decided to search in this forum to know if I had this number. To my surprise I found out that everyone who has an UCI is considered to have applied for IRCC before. Nonetheless, since I thought IRCC applications were only for study or work permits, PR etc my answer to the question "Have you applied to IRCC before?" when creating my Express Entry profile was No. Now I can't change it. What should I do? Should I deny the invitation and start over or simply send a Letter of Explanation together with my other documents when submitting my profile? I am afraid my application will be rejected because of that error.

Thank you

Hey there Laura, just found your post here after a specific search as I find myself in the same ⛵ and unable to get a confirmation on the Yes or No to the - Have you applied to IRCC and to EE before? How did you proceed ultimately, do revert if you can
