I received the same, i.e., rcmp request only for the spouse, not for me (I am the PA). Based on their letter, I would say yes, it is fine if you only send in your spouse’s certified check, since that’s what they’re asking. However, I had gotten both mine and my spouse’s done in advance, so I combined both of them into a single PDF and uploaded into the single upload tab that appears in the document list. I’m not sure how advisable it is to do this though—simply what I chose to do.

Not sure what you mean? You mean how long after I applied for the RCMP certified check did they mail the report to me? That was in about a week (but there was a weekend in the middle), it's in my signature.
Or do you mean when did IRCC ask me for the RCMP check? That was the same day as MEP, also in signature.

Hi guys
Just got an update on my profile so I thought I'll share my time line
Category: AINP, FSW, CEC (I noticed I qualified for all when i submitted so I dont really know which one they focused on for my application)
ITA: June 24
AOR: August 27
Country of Residence: Canada
Country of Citizenship: Nigeria
PCC, Medical submitted and all fees paid.
Dependent: My hubby (resides in South Africa)
CHANGES I NOTICED TODAY:
•Background and eligibility changed to "we are processing, we would let you know if we need more info"
•No changes on My Medical exam (upfront)
•UCI number changed to the regular 8 digits
•Date of Biometric enrollment and expiry updated (I'm on work permit)
•Theres a 23% progress bar on my application
•Estimated completion date: Feb 27 2021

I haven't heard back either. I'm AOR 25th August, CEC Inland.

I wouldn't worry. I would wait for at least another week before contacting them.

If you have already paid for the biometrics, you will receive a refund of CAN$85 after your application is processed.

Thanks for replying! I just checked and mine has updated as well. Medical approved and biometrics just showed up on the portal.

I did not receive any email notification though.

I have a query, I and my wife have given biometrics when we first arrived in CA (me on work permit and she on visitor visa), and our application shows the biometric information also, do we still need to give biometric?
