Diploma Entrance Test to secure admission to a top polytechnic college. I secured 174th Rank in my
province in the test and got admitted to XXXXXXXXXXXX where I successfully
completed a three-year Diploma in Computer Science under XXXXXXXXXXX
Education in the year 2009 with 71%. To further advance my knowledge and skills, in the year 2012, I
completed my bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from XXXXXXXX University of Science and
Technology, Haryana and excelled in first division by getting 65% overall.
After Completion of my graduation I started to finding a job to exercise my skills in IT Sector.
Fortunately, I got hired in XXXX (2012-2014) where I learnt
new skills as a fresher. Afterwards, I got a new opportunity as software engineer in XXXXX
Pvt Ltd., Chandigarh (2014-2016) which is a product based healthcare company. To further
advance my career I moved to XXXXXXX and currently I am working in
Xxxxxxxxxx
During my career so far, I have experienced that having only one skill is not enough for a decent
career as many IT and related companies in India prefer a candidate with multiple skills. So I decided
to add a new skill-set in my qualification by opting to Project Management Program. There are various
vacancies in public and private sectors in India, in which I am ineligible to apply due to the lack of
professional qualification of Management and Business. Completion of the proposed course will make
me a deserving applicant to stand in the recruitment queues of those reputed firms.
Future Plans And Scope Of Project Management in India:-
Project management is essential for India to achieve its overall growth targets. Today, India needs to
create infrastructure like never before. By 2030, India will have more than 1.5 billion people and to
provide necessary infrastructure for all of them is a top challenge.

beginnings and ends, and clearly defined outcomes. For this, we need specialized skills which are not
taught in-depth in business schools. Managing an IT project is not an easy job and is quite slippery
because of the constantly changing business environment.
Generally all projects are constrained by time, cost, and scope, and for any project to be successful,these
three constraints must be in symmetry. If any constraint is out of equilibrium, the project has a higher
chance of heading towards disaster. In the IT industry, all projects move through the five phases in the

In a nutshell, my final thought is to complete my chosen course in a limited period so that I can come back
