Hi @legalfalcon As per my GCMS Notes, which were created on May 20, 2020, and received by me on July 24, 2020:::---

RPRF : COMPLETE
ELIGIBILITY : PASSED
CRIMINALITY : PASSED
INFORMATION SHARING : COMPLETE
MINIMUM FUNDS : MET
FSW MINIMUM LANGUAGE(IELTS) : MET

A N A L Y S T - R E C O M E N D A T I O N : Recommended Pass A11.2: Appears Met R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Appears R76: Selection Criteria - FSW POINTS/Funds: Appears Met FSW points total 69, Ready to Finalize: RPRF: Complete

*What is your opinion in this regard? Also, what does it mean that "Ready to Finalize?"

*Due to the COVID Pandemic, webform reply shows me nothing, should I apply for fresh notes? Will there be any negative/positive impact on my EE Application for apply Notes again?

* Is there any alarming point in notes?

*What is R75, R76 & A11.2?

Ready To finalise means that as per the analyst, the application is ready to be finalised for eligibility. This is the recommendation. Now an officer will review and make a final determination.

Ready to finalize means that the assistant or analyst is recommending that the officer review the file before making a final decision. You could raise a web form to inquire about the progress of your application

Hi everyone. Anyone’s input on this is very much appreciated. Also asking for anyone whose expert on this @legalfalcon. So i got my gcms notes a couple days back and i found out that theres a line in there that says counterfoil and copr. Theres also even a document number for the copr. Looks to me like its supposed to be issued already but then i found a note at the bottom that says status: cancelled.

The counterfoil refers to the PR visa which will be issued to you and the COPR will have a document number. After your application is approved and the documents issued to you, you will see these number on your MyCIC account too.

IF it has been cancelled, then your application may have been put on hold due to COVID.

On page 2 of your GCMS notes under "Assessments" do you see Approved next to Final?

So your application has been put on hold, and after the final review, they will issue the COPR. No need to be concerned, many other applications have also been put on hold. What is your country of residence?

Oh okay. I am really keeping an eye on it because my progress bar should be done in about 6 days from now. I am currently residing in Canada but im from the Philippines. One more question by the way if thats okay, i have noticed that my travel document number has also been entered by CIC incorrectly. Do you think i should give them a heads up and correct it now or should i just wait for them to finish processing my file?

If you see any discrepancies, usually they are corrected when the final review happens. However, you can send a webform and inform IRCC proactively.

The progress bar does not depict the actual progress, it only reflects the time elapsed.

The average processing time frame for CEC was 7 months in 2019 as per the IRCC annual report:

hello, I ordered GCSM notes recently, and in my latest note, which back to Jan.3rd 2020, it shows:
Criminality: PA: RCMP Screening: No reportable trace PA Police certificate- to be reviewed
Criminality decision on hold-- additional info required

but I never see anything on my CIC or ECAS or email asking me to provide additional info
is this normal?
