Would anyone kindly help me with an issue that I ran into recently:
I am an international student who just graduated with a Master's degree in June 2020. I applied for the post graduation work permit (PGWP) on July 14th 2020. Recently, I was chatting with another international student and found out I did not pay the biometrics fee when I applied for PGWP. Then I realized I incorrectly answered the question "In the past 10 years, have you given your fingerprints and photo (biometrics) for an application to come to Canada?" - I should've answered NO, but I answered YES.
The reason was that I misremembered having provided biometrics because I did provide them for a visa to the US, but not Canada. I am a bit stressed because even though they exempted biometrics for PGWP (announced on July 15th 2020), it still was an incorrect answer and I am concerned they would find out and say that I misrepresented myself. Has anyone run into the same situation before and what should I do about it?
