Hey guys! Just got a call from SC, no caller ID, appointment booked for tomorrow. My AOR is March 15th, BIL is April 28th, location DT toronto. They now have 2 options in DT, victoria st and colloge st. Hope you all get a call soon!!

Yes the earliest appointment in college st is Oct 22nd, so I booked mine at victoria st. but they would offer you a lot of other options in GTA, brampton location etc

Hello @legalfalcon,

Though I am exempt from biometrics as gave previously , it is still saying 'We have not received your fingerprints.....'.

It's not yet updated as 'Completed', though old biometrics details are mentioned below the status...


Could you suggest how long this is going to take? I read on the forums that some people from different months AOR can see it updated as Completed already.

Mine is July AOR.

Send a webform to IRCC and enquire. This exemption is very new and there is neither much data or info available. So cal IRCC or send a webform and clarify.

Anybody got the call from SC office that is far from your address?
I am in interior BC rural suburb near Kelowna. There are only two SC biometrics office in interior BC - Kelowna and Prince George. I guess these two offices are still closed now.
Government probably doesn't want us to travel to give biometrics during pandemic. So I bet someone who are living in rural cities and small towns won't get a call unless the closest SC office will open soon.
It's so unfair. GTA and GVA are getting calls but no one in interior BC got a call yet.

got a phone call from no caller id apparently it was from sc today(10/07/2020 - 11:25am)
the officer just wanted to verify the postal code with me
and i answered that the address on bil doc is the agency address
then the officer asked me back my current home postal code and the city/province
i provided that info to the officer
at the end, the officer told me that i can not book in for the biometrics since i am far away from the sc the office is calling from

does this sound right to anyone?
did someone had any similar issues like this?
