I was hesitating to do MR as well, I see the trends that whoever did upfront medical got their CoPR especially true for any applicants whose AOR is JULY 2019 or beyond,
IRCC does not want us to do it, but if you did MR, they will give CoPR,
Normally they send MR in batch , they don’t do it these days for some reason, only one or two getting then and there, there are many JULY applicatants in this from , only one got it.
I did my upfront medical two weeks ago to avoid another locked down in case surging cases becomes 2nd wave? It s hard to be outside in the queue in the Winter to give blood at Lifelab to maintain the social distancing rule.

This is my opinion

How did you send Medicals ? via webform with application number?? pls suggest. even am thinking to do medicals upfront. me and my colleagues have applied BCPNP paper based inland. my colleagues cleverly went for medicals and submitted along with paper based application. i resisted saying medicals is valid for 1year, and by the time it will expire when application would process. to my surprise, whome ever submitted medicals upfront thru application all got PR now. am still waiting for MR :(
