Hello,
After finishing my 2-year health-related Master's program at BC and given that I was able to show the committee my multiple-year apartment rent contract. With no work experience in Canada or a Job offer. Would that suffice to get a PR?

I would love to hear from people who chose this specific non-job offer pathway and were able to get a PR!

Thank you!

Do you meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry? Have you get up an Express Entry profile successfully?

I'm not interested in the express entry pathway. My inquiry is about the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program, Skills Immigration International Post-Graduate category, which is, as far as I understood it, does not require a job offer and is not a point-based system.

After graduating from a BC university and showing enough funds to settle in BC. What are the odds of getting PR? (with no job offer nor Canadian experience)

If your program is on the following list then your odds are pretty good.

https://www.welcomebc.ca/getmedia/8f55cca6-5e8c-4e3c-8456-f65d2a5a2221/BC-PNP-IPG-EEBC-IPG-Eligible-Programs-of-Study.pdf.aspx

You need to show intent to reside in BC, but a job offer is not necessary. Showing that you have established your life here should be enough (rental contract, volunteering, friends, steps you are taking to find a job...).

You don't need to go into excruciating detail. If your plan to remain in BC is plausible you shouldn't have an issue to receive the nomination.

Hi!
That's great. I am planning to do one of two Master's I have in mind, both of which are clearly listed in the eligible programs.
Thanks again, I would appreciate any tips from anyone who took or is familiar with this pathway of immigration

Kind regards, beautiful people of Canada.

I would definitely consider of placing your resume wherever you can to place it, with all the details about yourself, your studying process and maybe your personal achievements. A friend of mine has graduated his university with management-related sphere of study, and after he's asked his friends about places they would suggest to go, one guy offered to start his career from restaurant business, cause it's pretty interesting business, you know. Such places, just for example, like HUB, which is a restaurant near New Westminster, is such an example where anyone as a client can relax, and anyone as a staff can get needed career's opportunities of growing.
