Hi everyone,
I am from India, and I recently received the Biometrics Collection Letter in the PR application. Canada is waiving biometrics requirements for permanent residence applicants who submitted biometrics in the last 10 years. I have submitted my biometrics on Jun 2019 for a Canadian Visit visa application. But my visit visa was denied stating enough document to prove return to home country was not established.
Am I exempt from giving my biometrics for my PR application? Or is the exemption for those who have given their biometrics in the past 10 years for only another PR application ?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Gautam
