If you add your spouse after AoR, the eligibility is not done again. The score remains the same, only the criminal, medical and security admissibility is done.

I agree with you that Canada really need immigrants as new reinforcement in order to replace old population and add new driving force to the workforce. However, the COVID-19 has cause stagnancy in economy and increase unemployment rate, so I bet that the Canadian government cannot be persuade that letting hundred thousands of new people to enter the country could help them to recover the recession in short time while the pandemic is still out there with no new breakthrough of vaccine yet. Yes, the international students might be at risk of contracting the virus as well but as long as they have the money to afford compulsory insurance during their study program, they are allowed to stay. Moreover, the schools also have to ensure that they have efficient plan to deal with the pandemic and the international students have to comply with that or their study permit will be revoked.
I have no objection against their plan to tackle the virus spreading and keep their country safe. Moreover, I don’t think that it’s wise to issue visa and allow large amount of outland immigrants to come to the country at this moment . I only have one concern is that IRCC is not transparent enough to let applicants know exactly what is happenning to their applications in the meantime. If it’s because mine is stuck in a middle of an endless queue, at least they should have some sort of number of awaiting applications, how they are sorted (chronologically/alphabetically...), what is my ordered number and what is the ordered number of curently processing case, expected due date, why it takes so long for some officers to pick up and process applications, and ultimately some way to complain about such a long delay. For anyone who have got their applications approved or passed all, I don’t think there is any reason for you guys to worry anymore, since you’ve already being passed the evaluation stage and only have to wait until the day you get your visa. Mine is stuck there for eligibility review and there hasn’t been any update since last February. The worse is that even the case processing agent didn’t point out what was the reason for review required on my GCMS notes that I got.
Need some advice - My AOR is Dec 21, 2019 and I reached out to cic via a webform in April and they said my applications approved. I'm currently based in India and applied via the FSW-O route. Is anyone else in the same boat or do I need to order gcms? Does anyone have any idea when cic might send PPR requests to applicants similar to me? It's been a long wait and I have no clue about where things are at or when I might be likely to hear back.

My humble submissions are as follows:
1. My PR application processing time will be soon reaching 9 months, however, I am yet to receive an official confirmation regarding a final decision/file approved status.
2. From various webform requests, GCMS notes and telephonic calls to IRCC, I could gather information that my application has already PASSED all stages of PR process, while a formal final decision is pending to be communicated.
3. I hope you consider the hardships of losing various potential job opportunities from prospective employers in Canada for lack of PRV, even when I am a successful Ontario PNP nominee.
4. My country of residence is already plying international flights to/fro Canada . As a result, I am ready to travel for permanent settlement as PR in Canada.
5. Request please issue the PRV/CoPR so that I can start the process of settlement in Canada permanently.
Their reply as follows:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada in regard to your application for Permanent Residence
We regret to inform you that your request for urgent processing of your application has been denied.
We will continue processing per regular procedures and inform you if any further information is required.

I dont know what you're suggesting. Point is that there are people who have left their jobs because they got COPR and now they are clueless. This can happen to anyone. It can happen to you or to me. But what people are discussing is very straightforward, that is about the clarity on their case. for eg. if person is with COPR, then atleast make effort to reach these client first instead of issuing new ITAs. I will not say that the long statements by people on this forum are long arguments but freedom of expression.

Ordering GCMS notes will give you surety of what the weboform mentioned. There is no clear idea when they will issue PPRs for FSWO applications so asking for GCMS is not going to have any impact on processing.
I agree and I did order it this week. I was just wondering if anyone with a similar application type and currently in India is experiencing the same and if they had any update from cic. Im unable to call cic through textnow. No clue what's going on..it's been such a long wait. I'm starting to get impatient.
Most of the applicants from Dec 2019- Outland- are in same situation. Even mine everything is passed in may and waiting for final decision. No one knows when they will start sending PPRs to outlands. No point raised GCMS if everything is passed. Just need to keep waiting.
