@legalfalcon would you please advise me with understanding the recieved GCM notes

Our AOR is OCT 2019
Eligibility and criminality are passed
But security has not been initiated yet!!
My husband is main applicant and the info sharing is in progress just for him!

Please help me!
What should or could we do??

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility : Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
(this one changed to not needed as it expired after the notes had been ordered... and no update has been received yet!)
Info Sharing: In Progress
and due date: 2020/04/03

nothing afterward ..

Is your eligibility conclusively passed by an officer.

See #2,521

If your eligibility is conclusively passed, then this is an administrative delay and nothing can be done.

Also see if you have COVID- pace in your GCMS notes, which indicates that your application may have been placed on hold.

As regards the medicals, they may have been extended.

Since your info sharing in progress, your security too should commence soon. What is the date of generation of your GCMS notes?

Since eligibility is met, you have crossed the biggest hurdle. Now, the application is not moving ahead because of administrative delay/COVID. If there is something they need, IRCC will contact you. Otherwise, keep asking for GCMS every 3/4 months to know the progress. You can call/raise webforms too, but GCMS gives the most accurate information.

As per the notes your Eligibility has been recommended passed. See my previous post available at #2,521 to see how eligibility is passed.

After the recommendation has been conclusively passed by an officer, your security will start and after that your application will be approved.

As i came to know from these threads,covid pace is mentioned for the files which got delayed due to covid.But in my gcms note covid pace is not mentioned anywhere,it is worrying me.

Your AOR is Feb 2020, your eligibility is recommended passed. There is nothing to worry.

All application have to be evaluated for admissibility based on criminality, medicals, security and the eligibility for the program you have applied under.

No, IRCC cannot look into your T4, unless you provide them and their authenticity can be verified by CRA.

the notes were issued on 27th of August, about 235 pages!!!

The main applicant is my husband and the infor sharing is in progress just for him..It says the status is complete-not reviewed

I did not find any COVID - pace in the notes, if there is any clue to find it please tell me

The last update on the file was back to April and this is so weird..

the officer review regarding the eligibility was back to march that said eligibility and criminality passed

Your GCMS notes are pretty recent. Unfortunately, this is an administrative delay.

Does the security on page 2 of your GCMS notes says "not started"

My eligibility has remained being recommended as review required by Officer by case processing agent since last February with no particular document flagged. It has been nearly 8 months for my eligibility to wait for being reviewed. Is it normal for application with eligibility review required to wait for such a long time?

My eligibility has remained being recommended as review required by Officer by case processing agent since last February with no particular document flagged. It has been nearly 8 months for my eligibility to wait for being reviewed. Is it normal for application with eligibility review required to wait for such a long time?

There are some application that just get stuck, and this is because no one worked on them. Such delays are common.
