You should not apply before getting GCMS notes which will take two to four weeks (30 days). You will likely be refused again if you apply without getting to know actual reason of refusal.
I means like as GCMS notes will come Upto November 10, I would miss January intake as admission for January intake will be closed. It’s better to opt for refund of fees and GIC?

Hi everyone, I need some help regarding my Application, the situation is so confusing.
Couple of days ago I received an email (donotreply Cic.) about an update in my application. And I got a correspondence letter which include my refusal letter.
After 4-5 days I received another email from Cic that My application updated again! And the Status changed from refused to submitted! And the eligibility turned to “reviewing” !
Does anyone here has the same experience? :(

Hi,

I had applied for study permit recently and it was rejected.

I recieved the following letter

Dear
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more: your qualifications, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available, or your future prospects and plans.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sincerely,
High
I have similar response from the agency. they said try to re-apply 3 times on your 4th attempt you will not notice how much money you spent from trying. good luck!

the reason was the purpose of visit.
Is it usual to write the decision in correspondence letter ?
And I don’t know why my status changed again to submitted

It’s raining refusals, and most of them were Feb/March applications. I wonder why
It seems that most applications that did not get AIP are those that were considered "high risk".

Means something like more gap etc.

I applied on 19th March, I did not get an AIP. I have a previous refusal for purpose of visit.

God knows what will happen now. I did not get anything yet.

This may be true. I know at least 5 people in my home country whose eligibity review started in July and Aug but didn’t get AIP, and eventually received refusal. Bec usually, you get AIP immediately after the reviewing elig update on gckey.
