Anyone here with their application stuck at Sydney Nova Scotia CIO? I have my application with everything approved except final review for over 3 months. Seems like it is in complete hibernation state.

Hello, my application is in Sydeny to, everything valid beside final approval. I have requested GCMC notes this week to know more about it because webform seems to be the same reply since July. all best

Someone got PPR from our consultancy here in UAE as my agent told me, she'll inform me tomorrow of what's the AOR of this candidate. So it means ircc is really about to start normal operations...hoping for the best..

• The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied,
  • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.”

This is exactly the same thing I’ve got whenever I contacted them via webform. It looks like my application is still stucked in an endless queue and hasn’t moved an inch. The lack of transparency of this process is a pain in *ss.

I have received exact same response for my webform which i raised in august. I dont understand why eligibility is still under review after so many months. BTW have received any additional document request ?

Absolutely no. I only proactively submitted updated version of my saving bank account certificate in April since it reached maturity. According to the GCMS notes I got in June and July, my application was mark for A1.12 review required and ready to finalize but there was no particular document in trouble since all were noted as “verified” or “met” by a case processing analyst.
