Hello,

It's been 3 years since i was blocked from entering to Canada for a period of 5 years due to misrepresentation , now i realy regret it, but it's too late, i have two small questions if someone can help with the answer :
My 1st question is that when these 5 years is over can i re-apply for a study visa or Entry express ?? and will that be possible in my case i mean are there any people who were misrepresents and succedded in getting the PR ?!
My second question is that, i'm thinking about studying a Master degree in NewZeeland i have already got my IELTS(academic) with a band score of 7 out of 9, so will they take this ban into consideration when applying for a study visa, coz im thinking of settling in NZ if i get a study visa there.

Thanks in advance

Yes, once the five years are over, you can apply for a study permit again or for PR. Your 5 years ban will not impact a PR application. It may make it more difficult to get a study permit apporvied.

You'll need to post your NZ visa questions on a NZ immigration forum.

Good luck.
