Regarding the PROCEDURE

As soon as the company in Canada accept your application and issue you an employment contract letter you will then have to proceed with the procurement of the required documents for your work permit which you are not going to pay all the fee at once, we are going to obtain the documents one after the other,This documents will enable the Canadian embassy to grant you a two years work visa without any delay and also the company will send your employment contract letter to the Canadian embassy in your country for the instruction on your visa,
CAQ, $400, LMIA $1200 TWP $1400
Total $3000 each
After the company issue you the employment contract letters then you will sign and fill the caq forms and proceed with the CAQ fee payment then after we secure the CAQ certificate on your behalf you then proceed with theLMIA process fee and after that, the next will be the final document which is the TWP payment,

Even i have received the same offer, have you assessed whether offer is legitimate or not please reply as soon as possible
So assume you have checked these fees quoted in USD as opposed CAN against the official fee list, note specifically the official work permit fee versus that in the offer. Note that an employer pays the LMIA fee NOT the employee another indicator that this is not all it seems

Generally offers for Oil/Gas jobs are scams as already mentioned above
