Sending spousal sponsership inland without marriage certificate

Hello everyone, has anyone sent a spousal sponsership without a marriage certificate?
I will be sending in my spousal app with a letter of explanation that i will be sending it. On web form. as soon as i get it as i have to wait for 10weeks before i can get it.

Your application will be returned as incomplete and then you will have to redo everything once you receive the certificate. Nothing you can do about it. You should wait until you have it to send your application in.

Wait for the marriage certificate. IRCC returns application as incomplete if the marriage certificate is missing.

As said in my other post, they give out wrong / uninformed answers regularly and anything they tell you should not be relied upon.

Should i leave it black or i can say yes and provide details when my sponser visited me before i moved to canada

If you are living together then that part doesn't apply to you. Other details of visits before you started living together can go in your LOE.
